2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 28-oz can diced tomatoes, drained
3/4 cup olives, pitted, halved
1 Tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
3 Tbsp parsley, fresh, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 pound ziti
Cook pasta while preparing sauce. Drain pasta and transfer to bowl.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in olives, capers, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste. Toss with cooked ziti and serve.
