Artichoke-Hummus Wraps

Serves 4


1 cup hummus
4 tortillas
1 12-oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 carrot, grated
Salt and pepper


  1. Spread 1/4 cup hummus on each tortilla. Top with artichokes, lettuce, and carrot. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Roll up tortillas and serve.
